Tonto National Monument announces the hours of operations for the 2024 holiday season. The park will close early on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve and will be closed for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day. The last entry for the Lower Cliff Dwelling Trail on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve will be at 12:00 pm. Note that closures include all sites, trails, and visitor center.
The full holiday schedule is as follows:
November 28 - Thanksgiving Day: CLOSED
December 24 - Christmas Eve: 8 am-1:45 pm
December 25 - Christmas Day: CLOSED
December 31 - New Year’s Eve: 8 am-1:45 pm
January 1 - New Year’s Day: CLOSED
