Thing to Do
Snowshoe with a Ranger

Our popular ranger-guided snowshoe walks are a great way to explore snowy trails. Snowshoe programs are usually offered from December through March, as long as there is at least 8 inches of snow on the ground. No experience is necessary! We provide the snowshoes; you bring warm layered clothing, waterproof boots, gloves, and anything else you may need for spending an hour or two on the trails. Listen to a ranger and discover the story of sequoias and the forest that surrounds them.
