NPS Photo
Voices of Sitka is a 15-minute film that describes the park's significance through the perspective of several people who call Sitka home. The film includes interviews with Tlingit, Russian Orthodox, and Americans of European descent. If you have internet access, you can watch it online.
Ask a ranger at the visitor center to start the film for you or watch it online using your computer or mobile device.
Find operating hours and seasons on the park website.
Two accessible parking spaces are available in the visitor center parking lot. A paved trail with curb cuts leads to the visitor center from downtown Sitka. Accessible restrooms, a lowered water fountain, and an extended picnic table are available outside the visitor center. The theater has roll-up seating and the film is played with open captions. Audio description is available.
