Biking along the paved Joseph Plumb Martin trail is a great way to get some exercise and experience Valley Forge!

The main part of the trail makes a 5-mile loop and is easily accessible from many popular parking areas around the park. You can ride a bicycle or an e-bike on the Joseph Plumb Martin trail to see many of the park's iconic views, monuments, buildings, and statues.

Accessibility Information

This trail is mostly wheelchair accessible. Some steeper sections do occur, but trail locations near Muhlenberg's Brigade and Wayne's Woods have long stretches of level pavemnt.
