
SOLICITATION FOR A CONCESSION BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY TO PROVIDE BICYCLE RENTAL, GUIDED BICYCLE TOURS, FOOD AND BEVERAGE, AND OTHER SERVICES AT THE SOUTH RIM OF GRAND CANYON NATIONAL PARK
The National Park Service (NPS) provides notice of the release of a Prospectus to solicit proposals for the award of one (1) Concession Contract (No. CC-GRCA034-25) to provide Bicycle Rental, Guided Bicycle Tours, Food and Beverage and Other Services at the South Rim of Grand Canyon National Park (“Park”). The effective date of the next Concession Contract is expected to be January 1, 2025.
The Prospectus explains the business opportunity and the terms and conditions under which the NPS will award the Concession Contract.Offerors' Site Visit
The NPS will host a site visit on November 7, 2023. Attendance is not required in order to submit a proposal. Registration is required to attend the site visit. To register, contact Laurie Dyer, Grand Canyon National Park Supervisory Concessions Management Specialist, at e-mail us no later than 4:00 pm Mountain Standard Time on November 2, 2023. The NPS will provide further information and additional directions by return email message to the organization's identified primary contact.

If you do not understand something in this Prospectus, you must submit your questions or comments to Jennifer Parker, Commercial Services Program Lead, via email at e-mail us no later than 4:00 p.m. Mountain Time on November 15, 2023. The questions must be in a format that allows the NPS to copy them to Microsoft Word.
Notice of Intent to Propose
If you plan to submit a proposal in response to this solicitation, you must notify Jennifer Parker, Commercial Services Program Lead, via email at e-mail us no later than 4:00 p.m. Mountain Time on January 9, 2024. The NPS will not accept proposals from entities that do not provide notice on or before that date.
Submission of an Electronic Proposal
In order to be evaluated and considered for award of a Concession Contract, the Electronic Proposal must be received by the Commercial Services Program Lead, Interior Regions 6, 7, & 8, National Park Service by 4:00 p.m. Mountain Time on March 5, 2024. After the Notice of Intent to Propose deadline and prior to the electronic proposal submission deadline, you will receive a welcome email message from the NPS’s Microsoft Teams platform at the email address you provided when you notified the Service of your intent to submit a proposal. You must accept the invitation before you can access the Teams site to upload your proposal. The NPS will not accept proposals submitted in hardcopy or via another electronic platform, including email.
