Black History Month Programs - Alabama Justice: The Cases and Faces that Changed a Nation

HAYNEVILLE, AL – In observance of Black History Month 2021, the Selma to Montgomery National Historic Trail will feature special posts and recorded ranger programs on its Facebook page throughout the month of February.

Join National Park Service staff as they spotlight the traveling exhibit – Alabama Justice: The Cases and Faces That Changed a Nation. The exhibit, designed by Auburn University Political Science professor Dr. Steven Brown, shares the stories of eight Alabama-based, landmark U.S. Supreme Court cases and profiles three U.S. Supreme Court Justices from the state. The subjects highlighted include:
