There are miles and miles of trails, both single track and fireroads, in the mountains. Below are some popular mountain biking sites located on National Park Service land.

• Zuma/Trancas Canyon
• Rancho Sierra Vista to Point Mugu (Biking is not permitted in the Boney Mountain Wilderness or in the Satwiwa Natural Area.)
