The 25th annual Sea music Concert Series will feature some of the nation’s outstanding performers of traditional Irish music on this evening of songs and instrumental music.

Shay Black, accompanying himself on guitar, is the elder brother of Ireland’s “first family of song,” The Black Family. Shay tours solo, and with members of his family. He was a member of the legendary Liverpool chantey group Stormalong John and the Irish band Garva, before settling in the Bay Area in the early 90’s.

Amelia Hogan, singing unaccompanied, has for 30 years graced stages and enchanted audiences from Killarney to Seattle, and from San Francisco to New York.

The Jammy Dodgers is a hot, new Irish band featuring flute, fiddle, concertina, banjo and guitar. They are quickly gaining a following for their exciting and innovative performances of jigs, reels, and Gaelic songs.
