Park headquarters is located inside the St. Croix River Visitor Center in St. Croix Falls, Wisconsin.

A great place to begin your visit is at the St. Croix River Visitor Center (open mid-April through October) or the Namekagon River Visitor Center (open Memorial Day through Labor Day). At both locations you can get assistance with trip planning, ask questions, stroll through exhibits, get your passport book stamped, and shop the Bookstore.

This facility is CLOSED for the season and may reopen on Memorial Day weekend of 2025.
Hours of operation are Thursdays through Mondays from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm through Labor Day. Dates and times of the center's operations to be determined in the spring of 2025.
