Get on the water! These businesses are authorized outfitters by the National Park Service and currently hold a Commercial Use Authorization (CUA), allowing them to operate within the park. They offer a variety of rental equipment, shuttle services, and guided trips. Experience the true beauty of the St. Croix and Namekagon Rivers.

CUA Holder Expectations
The outfitter shall:

• Ensure that its employees are hospitable and exercise courtesy and considerations in their relations with the public
• Brief the participants on safety concerns relevant to each day’s activity at the beginning of the trip
• Respect the space needed by all wildlife species and conduct all activities in a manner that prevents any individual animal from becoming habituated
• Give a resource preservation message relevant to each activity at the beginning of each trip, posted on the organization’s website within the text describing the activity, or both
• Comply with applicable laws relating to nondiscrimination in providing visitor services to the public
• Not collect any form of payment on National Park Service property for any reason
