(Richmond, CA) –The Visitor Education Center at Rosie the Riveter/World War II Home Front National Historical Park at 1414 Harbour Way South, suite 3000 will be closed Saturday, December 13 through December 15, 2014 due to storm-related damage from the recent rains.In addition, all scheduled programs this weekend are cancelled. Staff, are working to resolve flooding and safety issues and we hope to be open and resume all programs by Tuesday December 16. Please check our recorded phone message at 510-232-5050 ext. 0, our website at https://www.nps.gov/rori/planyourvisit/directions.htm or Facebook for an updated status on Monday, December 15. We are sorry for any inconvenience and hope you can visit once the building is safe and we are open again.
