Neighborhood Field Trips

Activity sheets can help focus the fun of learning in nature.

Explore nature in your own backyard, neighborhood or favorite nature space using field trip activities created by Rocky Mountain National Park's team of Education Rangers! Each activity is standards-based for individual grade levels and can be led by parents, family members or caregivers with regular household items.

• Preschool: Outdoors Bingo

• 1st Grade: Wilderness Bingo
• 2nd Grade: Color Me Wild
• 3rd Grade: Rocky Rolling
• 4th Grade: Native Americans in the Rocky Mountains
