Black-eyed Susan

a photo of a black-eyed susan
Black-eyed susans (Rudbeckia hirta) are among the most loved wildflowers in Rocky Mountain National Park. Their dark brown or black disk flowers contrast strikingly with the yellow ray flowers making them lovely as well as easy to identify.
