![]() ![]() Ready to get out this summer? Join Point Reyes National Seashore in celebrating our first ever Summer of Service! Volunteers help protect the natural and cultural resources of Point Reyes. In return, they learn how to become stewards of the land while giving back to the park they love. Projects include removing invasive plants to make space for native plants, removing trash from the beach and trails, and helping to restore natural habitats. First and fourth Saturday of the month Saturday, May 27th – Habitat Restoration Saturday, June 3rd – National Trails Day Saturday, June 24th – Shoreline Cleanup Saturday, July 1st – Habitat Restoration Saturday, July 22nd – Shoreline Cleanup Saturday, August 5th – Habitat Restoration Saturday, August 26th – Shoreline Cleanup Saturday, September 2nd – Habitat Restoration Saturday, September 23rd – National Public Lands Day No experience necessary! Training and tools will be provided. Please wear close-toed shoes and bring plenty of water. Volunteers of all ages have something to offer and are welcome. Project days can be arranged for school groups, corporate groups, scout groups, and service groups. Please note that walkups will be allowed as supplies allow but must sign our registration form before participating.
