Just south of the Watch Hill marina and a short walk from the community of Davis Park, the Watch Hill Bayview House offers guests a secluded Fire Island retreat.

The Watch Hill Bayview House is a 2 bedroom single bathroom split level beach house, with all the beds and baths on the lower level. An open living and kitchen area are on the 2nd floor. The house is not climate controlled (no heat or air conditioning) but has multiple windows on each elevation for ventilation. The house is fully furnished. Both bedrooms are furnished with full-size beds. Pillows are provided. Linens, including sheets and pillowcases, and bath towels are not included.

LoveFINS concessions at Watch Hill provide both food and beverage for purchase at the marina. LoveFINS also operates a general store, which provides sundry goods to Seashore visitors.

National Park Service Rangers stationed at Watch Hill may offer a variety of guided programs (depending upon staff availability) including seining, nature walks, or kayak tours. See the events calendar for up-to-date information on all Seashore programs or check the Watch Hill Visitor Center upon arrival. A free lifeguarded beach is available nearby at Watch Hill. Lifeguards operate seasonally and are usually onsite throughout the day from the morning to the mid-afternoon. LoveFINS concessionaires at Watch Hill offer food, drink, and entertainment. Live music and other programs often occur on weekends. Nearby Davis Park offers additional options for food and drink. - The Watch Hill Ferry – Free parking is available at the Watch Hill Ferry Terminal in Patchogue on Long Island at 150 West Ave., Patchogue, NY 11772. The terminal is also readily accessible by the Long Island Railroad from the nearby Patchogue Train Station. The ferry docks at Watch Hill Marina, which is a short ¼ mile walk to the Bayberry Dunes House.
- The Davis Park Ferry – Visitors may also choose to travel via the Davis Park Ferry, which is an approximately 1-mile walk by boardwalk from the Bayberry Dunes House. The Davis Park Ferry departs from Long Island, at 80 Brightwood St., Patchogue, NY 11772, and is accessible by vehicle (parking fees apply).
