Junior and Senior Ranger Program

Petroglyph National Monument has both a Junior and Senior Ranger program. Complete the booklets while visiting the park and earn your Junior Ranger badge or Senior Ranger pin.

Every Kid Outdoor

Petroglyph National monument offers Every Kid Outdoors 4th grader passes. If you are a U.S. 4th grader (including home schooled and free-choice learners 10 years of age) you can download your own voucher or pass to gain unlimited, free access to any federal lands or waters for yourself and your family.

Download your voucher from Every Kid Outdoors and bring a printed copy to the Information Center to get your pass. The 4th grader must be present to use the pass. Anyone in the vehicle will be admitted for free at sites that charge per vehicle, and up to three accompanying adults will be admitted at sites that charge per person.
