If you've lost an item during your visit to Pearl Harbor National Memorial, we're here to help. Please use the form below to provide details about the lost item. Include your name, contact email (ensuring it is correctly spelled), a description of the item, and the location where it was last seen. Our team will do their best to locate your property and contact you. If your item was lost at one of our partner locations, such as the Battleship Missouri, Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum, Pacific Fleet Submarine Museum, or the bookstore, please contact them directly at [e-mail].
