This on-demand five-webinar training series focuses on the Historic Preservation Certification Application (HPCA) for the Federal Historic Preservation Tax Incentives Program. The training discusses the three-part HPCA application and is intended to help in streamlining the review process and avoiding incomplete submissions and delays in review.
