What We Do
Commercial services help the National Park Service carry out its mission by offering services to park visitors that are not provided directly by the government. Examples include food, recreation, and guided tours. Leases and commercial use authorizations are additional opportunities for doing business with the National Park Service.
The National Park Service (NPS) is offering a long-term lease opportunity for three golf courses in Washington, DC. We’re looking for an operator who’s committed to providing affordable and easy-to-access golf, to improving facilities and courses and to preserving the unique histories and landscapes of each of these courses.
The National Park Service (NPS) is offering a long-term competitive lease opportunity for Fort Washington Marina along Piscataway Creek with access to the Potomac River in Maryland. We’re looking for a passionate and innovative operator who’s committed to providing outstanding visitor services and to improving marina facilities.
