In the National Park Service, the term Relevancy, Diversity and Inclusion (RDI) defines both a value and a practice for connecting the public to the National Park Service's mission and fulfilling our obligation to steward our nation's natural and cultural heritage. The NPS is committed to building and maintaining a workforce that draws from all segments of our society and that encourages connection and collaboration in order that all employees are enabled to participate and contribute to their full potential. While not an exhaustive list, here are some of the policies and directives that guide these efforts.
