Commercial Use Authorizations

The 2024 Ocmulgee Indigenous Celebration returns September 14 & 15 2024!

We are accepting food vendor applications at this time. Please read the following information before applying.

What is provided: Spaces are assigned the day of the event and are first come, first served.
Vendors are responsible for all electricity. Please bring a quiet generator.

On this page you will find the required forms and permits to complete and return. Please read through the application materials carefully and complete all parts to secure your space.

Only applications with the following will be considered:

  • A fully complete and signed Commercial Use Agreement (CUA).

  • A check or money order for the CUA in the amount of $100 made out to: Ocmulgee Mounds National Historical Park.

  • A completed Temporary Food Event Vendor Permit Application (TFE). View TFE Guidance.

  • A copy of a Health Department permit to operate that indicates your operation/business is a licensed food establishment or food service provider.

  • A Menu with description of how each food item will be prepared.

  • General liability insurance with a minimum $500,000 per occurrence and with "United States of America" as a certificate holder/additional insured. (If you do not have liability insurance, you can purchase event insurance for September 14 & 15, 2024.)

All application materials must be returned by August 1, 2024.
