Reading With A Ranger

The Reading with a Ranger program’s main goal is to provide an accessible outreach opportunity for lower elementary school students. Larger group presentations may also be requested. Our rangers are happy to visit up to four class periods per day.

The program is usually between 30-45 min long.

Our Reading with a Ranger program consists of a book reading and an activity. Schools will have the choice between the following curated programs for grades k-4th. All props, books, and craft supplies will be provided by the park ranger.

To request a Reading with a Ranger program, give us a call at (423) 286-9059 or send us an email.
