Snowline on the approach is right around 6000' –both in Eldorado Creek basin and Roush Creek Basin. This means that in the upper Eldorado Creek basin and almost immediately after dropping down from Eldorado creek, you will encounter snow. There are a few running water sources lower in Roush Creek Basin before gaining the Eldorado Glacier. Bivy sites are all melted out at the base of the East Ridge as is the composting toilet. East ridge is reported to be in good shape with no surprises. Much of the route can be done on rock/scree.
