Effective immediately and running through the end of May 2016, a new operation schedule will be in effect at the historic sites of Natchez National Historical Park. The Melrose estate will only be open on Sundays through Wednesdays each week. Guided public tours of the mansion will be given at 10:00 and 11:00 am, 2:00 and 3:00 pm, but the grounds and slave cabin exhibits are open 8:30 am –5:00 pm. The William Johnson House will only be open on Thursdays through Saturdays each week. The William Johnson House is always free to visit.
