All restrooms are equipped with push-button powered assist doors for easy access and include baby changing stations. ![]() NPS Photo Moores Creek National Battlefield offers three trails for visitors to explore: History Trail: This three-quarter-mile loop guides you through the site of the first decisive Patriot victory in the American Revolution. The trail surface is primarily made of recycled tires ground to resemble wood chips, with some sections composed of asphalt or broken ground. Please note that due to the varied terrain, this trail may not be suitable for all visitors. Woodpecker Trail: This quarter-mile trail focuses on the natural environment, highlighting woodpeckers, pine trees, and local history. It mainly consists of broken ground, which may present some challenges for visitors with mobility issues. |
