NPS Photo Kids in Parks is a FREE, national program that connects families to the outdoors through hands-on exploration. Self-guided TRACK Trail activities and smartphone e-Adventures turn any outing into a fun-filled, discovery-packed adventure. TRACK your adventures to earn prizes along the way! Moores Creek National Battlefield has two TRACK Trail programs for you to participate in. The first is at our Fish Camp, located near Patriot's Hall. Moores Creek holds a variety of fish, from small minnows to Bluegills, Crappies, and Bass. Bring your own fishing pole and enjoy exploring more about the fish that live in this area. The second is our newest TRACK Trail and is located next to the Visitor Center. This exhibit features four unique brochures that helps kids learn more about the battle that took place here, as well as the birds, trees and other wildlife that live here. |
