Caravan with a ranger through the LBJ Ranch!On Saturdays and Sundays beginning July 22 through September 3, this ranger-guided program highlights the life, image, and legacy of our 36th president at home in the Texas Hill Country.What is the Caravan Tour?The LBJ Ranch Caravan Tour is a free ranger-led program where visitors drive their own vehicles in tandem following the ranger in a government vehicle. Sunday, August 27, President Johnson's Birthday There will not be a caravan tour that day. However, join us for the annual Wreathlaying Ceremony at the Johnson Family Cemetery. To Make A ReservationCall the park visitor center at (830) 868-7128 ext. 244 to make a reservation.
If you are unable to attend, please call to cancel to allow others to join the tour. Frequently Asked Questions The tour will include 3 or 4 stops, such as the Junction School, Cemetery / Reconstructed Birthplace, Show Barn, and Texas White House Complex.
Stops may involve walking on gravel trails or pavement for up to 200 yards one way. Walking routes are ADA compliant.
Pets on leash are welcome!
