Little Bighorn Battlefield is on winter hours through the end of March.
Park opens at 8:00 A.M. and closes at 4:30 P.M.

MEMORIAL DAY OBSERVANCE
In honor of America’s veterans, active duty personnel, and casualties from our nation’s wars, Little Bighorn Battlefield National Monument will host a Memorial Day program on Monday, May 29, 2017 at 11:00 A.M.
In preparation for Memorial Day, each grave of the approximately 5,000 persons interred at Custer National Cemetery will be decorated with a small American flag by students from local Schools.
Information about the cemetery, as well as a register of interments, is available at the visitor center. Memorial floral decorations are permitted at Custer National Cemetery gravesites, provided they are removed by the following Sunday, May 31.
Extended summer hours of 8:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. begin at Little Bighorn Battlefield National Monument on Monday, Memorial Day and remain in effect through Labor Day.
The visitor center will be open from 8:00 A.M. to 7:30 P.M. daily. The self-guiding tour road to Last Stand Hill/Battle Ridge and the Reno-Benteen Battlefield will also be open from 8:00 A.M. to 7:30 P.M.

JUNE 25 2017 - LITTLE BIGHORN BATTLEFIELD ANNIVERSARY
Visitor opportunities include guest speakers, ranger battle talks, and more. The following events take place at Little Bighorn Battlefield National Monument. Many other activities occur nearby during Little Bighorn Days in Hardin, MT, and Crow Native Days in Crow Agency, MT. The battle re-enactments do not occur in the Monument. They are privately operated.
The park is open 8 A.M. – 8 P.M. and entrance to the Monument is free on June 25.
