Take Interstate I-90 and exit at the Crow Agency exit 510 at Junction 212. To reach Little Bighorn Battlefield National Monument, turn right on Battlefield Tour Road 756.

Little Bighorn Battlefield National Monument Current Weather

Little Bighorn Battlefield National Monument has a fully cashless fee system and will only accept credit card, debit card, mobile or electronic payments for entrance and permit fees.


Daily Fees for entering Little Bighorn Battlefield National Monument.

Individual Entrance Fee - $15.00

For individuals on foot or riding a bicycle into the battlefield.

Motorcycle Entrance Fee - $20.00
For individuals on motorcycles entering the battlefield.

Private Vehicle Entrance Fee - $25.00
This fee applies to each private vehicle entering Little Bighorn Battlefield National Monument.

Commercial Rates for Sedan ( 1-6 ) $25.00 + per person

Commercial Van/Mini Van Entrance Fee - $40.00
7-25 passenger

Commercial Bus Entrance Fee - $100.00

This fee applies to a commercial motor coach (26 or more seats, regardless of occupancy)

Custer's "Last Stand" re-enactments (held in June 25th) are not held at Little Bighorn Battlefield National Monument and are privately operated.

What to Do?

  • Explore the Vistor Center, Museum and Bookstore.
  • Visit the Indian Memorial and the 7th Cavalry Monument on top of Last Stand Hill, a.k.a. "Custer's Last Stand."
  • Walk the 1/4 mile Deep Ravine trail.
  • Drive the 4.5 mile tour road to the Reno-Benteen Battlefield entrenchment site.
  • Walk thru the Custer National Cemetery.

"Custer's Last Stand" re-enactments are not held at the Little Bighorn Battlefield National Monument and are privately operated.
