The National Parks service is happy to announce that the Annual Boat Launch Permit for Lake Roosevelt National Recreation Area will now be available on line through pay.gov at https://www.pay.gov/public/form/start/64970644. You may also find a link on our website at: https://www.nps.gov/laro/planyourvisit/feesandreservations.htm. A launch permit is required for the launching of any vessel at all designated National Park Service-managed launch ramps on Lake Roosevelt, regardless of the type of vessel. Boaters may pay a fee of $6, which allows unlimited launches for up to 7 days from the date of purchase (available at each boat launch), or purchase a seasonal permit, which allows unlimited launches from January 1 to December 31, 2014. 2014 launch permits will be available for $20 for the remainder of the calendar year. For Golden Age, Golden Access and Interagency Senior or Access Pass cardholders, fees are discounted 50%. When purchasing a seasonal boat launch permit, the 50% discount will be given once in a calendar year for one permit only. If multiple permits are purchased at one time, only one will be discounted.
