The seawall replacement project at Spring Canyon boat launch will begin Monday, March 17, 2025 and continue through mid May. This project will involve removal of the old seawall and construction of a new seawall. Completion of this project is dependent on lake levels.
Beginning Sunday afternoon on March 16th, the lower parking lot will be closed to the public. On Monday, the construction company will fence off the staging and construction area shown in the photo. Visitors using the boat launch during construction will need to park in the upper parking lot. The two accessible parking spaces next to the vault toilet will remain open.
The boat launch will remain open during this project, but the docks on the right side of the boat launch will be closed to the public.
Lower boat launch parking is closed for the construction zone until May 2025. Accessible parking and pit toilets are still available.
