August 1st Kids in Parks Scats and Tracks Program

Children of all ages and their families are invited to investigate nature with Park Rangers at Homestead National Monument of America onSaturday, August 1, 2015. Meet the ranger at Homestead's Education Center at 10 a.m.to investigate clues wildlife leaves behind, including scat and track, and use these clues to figure out what animals live at Homestead. There will be a fun craft activity, too!

These programs are FREE of charge, great for all ages, and reservations are not necessary. Nature Detectives will be sleuthing outdoors so please dress appropriately for the weather. Sunscreen, bug spray, and closed toe shoes are encouraged. Program length is subject to weather conditions.
