Hawaiʻi Electric Light proposes to upgrade and relocate the power poles and transmission wires in Hawaiʻi Volcanoes National Park between the Kīlauea switching station and the Volcano substation. An Environmental Assessment on the proposed alignment can be reviewed from June 23 - July 24, 2017 at the following external link,
