School Group Reservations & Education Programs

Golden Spike National Historical Park is proud to support educators through engaging, curriculum-based learning experiences. National Park sites continue a strong tradition of serving as classrooms that connect students to history in meaningful ways.

  • 2026–2027 School Group Reservations Open: JULY 28, 2026
  • Reservation requests submitted before July 28, 2026 cannot be accepted

School Groups Cannot Be Scheduled

  • May 5–12, 2027

Program Information

All educational programs require pre-registration.

  • Teacher-led programs are offered year-round.
  • Programs must be scheduled at least 30 days in advance.
  • Availability is limited and not guaranteed.
  • Field trip offerings may vary based on seasonal resource availability.
