What We Offer

The National Park Service offers eight unique curriculum-centered ranger guided education programs. Each of our programs are tailored to different age groups, abilities, and learning styles.

All programs incorporate place-based learning and usually (weather dependent) take place outdoors. Please dress for the weather the day of your trip.

Want to lead your own activity on the Battlefied? We have you covered. History Lab Kits provide you with six self guided program options. Lesson plans and instructions are available prior to Field Trip Day. Each lesson takes approximately 45-60 minutes to complete, and kit materials are designed for a class of up to 40 students.
