Road improvements will take place during the day and will last until project completion.

  • The Gallatin House hours remain 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

  • Park grounds are open daily from sunrise to sunset.

  • Vehicular traffic should expect rough and uneven surfaces.

  • Visitors should use caution when entering the park, stay in designated lanes and watch for construction.

  • The main parking lot will be the first area closed with a temporary lot below the Gallatin House.

  • Temporary restrooms will be available at the trail head parking lot and in the Gallatin House.

  • Repairs will include fixing drainage, milling and new surface in the lot and entrance road.
