SAVANNAH, GA – Fort Pulaski National Monument will reopen to the public on Monday January 27, 2025 following a winter weather closure. Park staff completed a condition assessment on Sunday January 26 and found little damage to park resources.

Park grounds at Fort Pulaski will reopen at 12:00 PM and close at 5:00 PM on Monday January 27, and the park will resume normal hours on Tuesday January 28, 2025 at 9:00 AM. Visitors are encouraged to use caution around lingering ice and snow at the park and inside Fort Pulaski.

Fort Pulaski National Monument is located on U.S. Highway 80, 15 miles east of Savannah.
