In 2021 and possibly 2022, the park store is re-located to Rim Village inside the Community House. Hours of operation are 9 am to 5 pm. Closed in winter.

The park store is operated by Crater Lake Natural History Association, an official non-profit partner of the National Park Service dedicated to supporting the educational mission of Crater Lake National Park. The park store has a wide range of books, Junior Ranger and educational products for children, national park themed gifts, and other Crater Lake items available for sale. These products complement the interpretive themes you experience when visiting the park.

The park stores are located year-round at the Steel Visitor Center and summer only at Rim Visitor Center. You can also visit the online park store to learn more about the available products sold by Crater Lake Natural History Association.
