Snacks and canned goods at the Gifford House Store and Museum
Visit the Gifford House Museum and Store (open March 14 to the end of October) for snacks and souvenirs.

NPS

Capitol Reef National Park has no restaurant or lodge. The Gifford House Store and Museum sells baked goods, coffee and tea, canned goods, ice cream, and other snacks during the spring and summer season (usually March through October). There is a drink machine at the visitor center, but you can do your part to help reduce waste by purchasing a reusable water bottle at the visitor center (open year-round) and filling at water bottle filling stations located in the park. There are also snacks available for sale at the visitor center.

One developed and two primitive campgrounds are available in Capitol Reef National Park. Please see Camping in Capitol Reef for more information.

There are many options for dining and lodging in the local area. Please visit the Wayne County, Utah Office of Tourism page for more information.
