Buffalo National River Hosts National Park Radio Concert

Buffalo National River, Harrison, AR – Approximately 1,300 people attended the 3rd annual National Park Radio concert at Steel Creek Campground on Saturday. National Park Radio, an Americana/folk/bluegrass band from Harrison, delighted concert goers with more than 2 hours of live music among the unmatched natural beauty of Buffalo National River. Park personnel and event volunteers began directing traffic at 1:00 PM for the Saturday evening concert.
 
This annual event is sponsored by the Buffalo National River Partners, a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to the promotion, appreciation, preservation and protection of America’s first national river. Many thanks to the Buffalo National River Partners (BNRP), Camp Orr/Westark Area Council of Boy Scouts of America, BUFFSAR (Buffalo National River Search & Rescue), Newton County Sheriff’s Office, and Sam Dog Solar for extensive volunteerism and in-kind support for this year’s event.
