This Walk starts at Sunset Point and walks on the rim toward Sunrise Point every* day in summer at 2pm. This talk only occurs during summer months.
Some topics include: Tree Identification, more in-depth view of the area geology, Bird Identification, the lifecycle of the park's ecology, and much more.
*Ranger programs are cancelled during inclement weather. In the summer months, this is typically due to thunderstorms when lightning is within 10 miles of the park. In winter, typically snowstorms and windchills of 10 F/-12 C and below will cancel programs.
