The National Park Service (NPS) is offering a 10-year concessions opportunity for the Bandy Creek Stables and Campground Store located at Big South Fork National River and Recreation Area.

“We’re looking for a passionate and innovative operator who’s committed to improving horse stable facilities and providing high quality visitor services at the campground store,” said Superintendent Niki Stephanie Nicholas.

The NPS seeks business proposals detailing how offerors would provide horse stable, and campground store services as well as any additional services, including guided tours, riding instruction, and special event services for approved events.

Prospectus
All offers must be received by the NPS by the date listed on the inside front cover of the prospectus, which is November 9, 2022, no later than 2:00 PM in order to be evaluated and considered for an award of a concession contract. The prospectus describes the business opportunity and includes the terms and conditions under which the NPS will award the concession contract. Questions are due August 23, 2022 and Notification of Intent to Propose must be received by October 4, 2022 via email by the National Park Service no later than 2:00 PM (ET) on the due dates listed on the cover page which is to Cherrie Brice, Concessions Management Specialist, at cherrie_brice@nps.gov.

Proposals to include the original signed transmittal letters must be received via the process explained in the Proposal Instructions no later than 2:00 PM (ET) on November 9, 2022 to:
