How to get started

1) Create USAJobs.gov account;
2) Create resume with USAJobs builder;
3) Upload college transcripts, if applicable;
4) Upload certificates and degrees, if applicable;
5) Apply for jobs!

Positions typically start in mid-spring and continue through late-summer or early-fall. Jobs are usually advertised sometime during late-fall or early-winter.

Below you will find current job openings at Badlands National Park. Most of these are seasonal positions. Please note that some jobs have applicant limits and may close without notice. NOTE:

Many positions with the National Park Service are advertised for more than one park at a time. If you are interested in working at Badlands National Park, you must select one of our three duty locations to be considered. These are: Interior SD, Porcupine SD, and Wall SD.
