Though most of the park's campsites will accommodate RVs, there are no hookups. An RV dump station with potable water is available only to those camping within Amistad National Recreation Area campgrounds. It is located along the road to the Diablo East boat ramp. San Pedro Campground is best suited for larger RVs. To learn more about camping in Amistad National Recreation Area, visit the park's Camping page. LodgingThere are no motels or rental cabins located within the national recreation area. The closest city is Del Rio, Texas. Del Rio has a wide range of accommodations, including hotels and motels, to choose from. To learn more about available lodging, visit the Del Rio Chamber of Commerce website. EatingThere is no food available for purchase in the park. However, there are many restaraunts in Del Rio, a number of which are along US Highway 90 (also called "Veterans Boulevard" once you enter Del Rio).
