Overview:

In the Floating Classroom fieldtrip, the Somes Meynell Wildlife Refuge and Acadia National Park partner together to bring students to local freshwater lakes and ponds and investigate local water quality. Seventh grade students examine the water pH, dissolved oxygen, plankton, and more. These videos can be great for review or supplement understanding for students.
