Iron tablet located on Confederate Avenue north of the Stockade Redan (Tour Stop #10). This unit was attached to Brig. Gen. Francis A. Shoup’s Brigade, of Maj. Gen. Martin Luther Smith’s Division, Lt. Gen. John C. Pemberton’s Army of Vicksburg, and commanded by Capt. Francis McNally.
