An entrance pass is not required to access Minuteman Missile National Historic Site.

Other National Park Service sites may require an entrance pass or fee. Depending on your trip plans, an interagency pass may save you money.

2024 Free Entrance Days in the National Parks

Come experience the national parks! All National Park Service sites that charge an entrance fee will offer free admission to everyone (other fees, including timed entry or reservation fees, may apply). Mark your calendar for these entrance fee-free dates:

• Monday, January 15 — Martin Luther King, Jr. Day
• Saturday, April 20 — First Day of National Park Week
• Wednesday, June 19 — Juneteenth
• Sunday, August 4 — The Great American Outdoors Act
• Saturday, September 28 — National Public Lands Day
• Monday, November 11 — Veterans Day

 

Entrance Fee
There is no entry fee to visit Minuteman Missile National Historic Site. We are glad you want to come visit!

 

Park Passes
Because Minuteman Missile charges no entry fee, we do not sell National Park passes. Passes can be purchased at the northeast entrance to Badlands National Park, four miles south of the Minuteman Missile Visitor Center.

 

Tour Fees and Reservations

All tours of the Delta-01 Launch Control Facility require advanced reservations and an amenity fee. Reservations can be made online at www.npsreservations.com or or by phone at 605-717-7629.

Delta-01 Tour Fee

• $12.00 - Adult age 17 & over
• $8.00 - Youth ages 6-16

Tour Details:This tour lasts 45 minutes. The tour begins and ends at the entry gate to the Delta-01 compound. The tour route proceeds with a walk through of the grounds and topside support building before descending in the original elevator 31 feet to enter the underground control center. All tour participants must be able to be physically capable of climbing two 15 foot ladders unassisted in the event of an elevator failure.
