South Shore Dance Alliance to Perform at National Lakeshore
Talented local youth from the South Shore Dance Academy will perform their latest dance routines during an August 4th open house at Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore's Paul H. Douglas Center. Modern and jazz music, tap dancing, and drama performances will be featured starting at 1:30 pm. This program is presented by the National Park Service in partnership with the South Shore Dance Academy. After the performance, take a short hike outdoors through a rare oak savanna forest or enjoy the hands-on exhibits inside the center.
The Douglas Center is open 9:00 am to 4:00 pm every day through Labor Day weekend. Bring the whole family and enjoy these talented performers. The Douglas Center is located at 100 North Lake Street in Gary, Indiana.
