Backcountry Permit - Attach to Pack

All pages of the backcountry permit MUST be kept together with the front page visible through a see-through pouch (e.g. a quart-size, clear, freezer zipper bag) tied to the outside of your pack (or on vehicle dash when car camping at rim area camps). Any sturdy, see-through pouch will work. For those who choose to use a freezer bag, we suggest making a small hole in the center of the bag just inside of the zipper area, then use a shoelace or small cord through this hole to tie the bag to your pack.
