Progress Meetings

Contracting Officer (CO), Contracting Officer Representative (COR), Construction Management Representative (CMR), or Project Manager (PM)

• Convene progress meetings on weekday and time agreed upon at Pre-Construction Conference.
• Conduct meetings using agenda (see Division 01 Specifications Section 01 31 00) and ensure minutes are taken and routed promptly.
